All paid plans include access to our 20,000+ question bank and personalized progress tracking.

To start practicing with mock exams:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to the "Mock Exams" section
3. Choose your preferred exam mode (timed or practice)
4. Select the number of questions and subject areas
5. Click "Start Exam" to begin
6. Review your results and explanations after completion

We recommend starting with practice mode to familiarize yourself with the question format before attempting timed exams.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Go to "Account Settings"
2. Click on "Subscription Management"
3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
4. Follow the confirmation steps

Please note that as per our terms of service, we do not offer refunds for canceled subscriptions. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

If your payment fails:

1. Check that your card details are correct
2. Ensure you have sufficient funds
3. Try a different payment method
4. Contact your bank if the issue persists
